WHAT'S INCLUDED

Each client engagement is unique and customizable, but Hello Hire’s Recruitment On-demand service typically includes the following:
  • Meeting with the Hiring Manager to establish a clear understanding of the position, the organization, culture, success factors, key selling points, desired process, etc.
  • Development or modification of a position and company description that will be used to market the role
  • Intensive proactive sourcing and personal candidate outreach to capture the interest of passive talent.
  • Conducting initial candidate conversations/interviews for preliminary screening and to help build interest in the company and role.
  • Presenting resumes and candidate summaries to the Hiring Manager or HR Partner for consideration.
  • Coordinating scheduling of candidate/Hiring Manager phone interviews if desired.
  • Providing regular status updates to Hiring Manager or HR Partner on recruitment progress.
  • Serving as an on-going point of contact for candidates throughout the process to help ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Available to Hiring Manager for guidance and consultation throughout the process.
