Our​​ Founder

Hello Hire was founded in 2017 by former corporate HR and Talent Management Executive, Todd Markle.  ​With over 25 years of experience, Todd has extensive expertise across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR.  Todd begin his career with Macy's Credit and Customer Services division and then went on to spend nearly twenty years with the global Market Research and Data Analytics firm, Nielsen. 

While at Nielsen Todd served as Director of Organizational Development, Vice President of Learning & Development, Vice President of University Relations, Vice President of Talent Acquisition - North America, and Vice President of Global Talent Marketing and Technology.  Todd holds a Bachelors Degree in HR and Organizational Behavior from Miami University and Masters in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.

2017
  • Hello Hire was founded in 2017 as a boutique consulting firm focused exclusively on helping organizations improve Candidate Experience. 
  • The original name of the company was 'Hello Hire Candidate Experience Solutions.'
2018
  • 2018 marks a significant expansion for Hello Hire beyond their original sole focus on Candidate Experience, as the firm begins offering broader consulting services in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management space.
2019
  • Hello Hire's Recruitment On-demand solution, born out of client demand, officially launches and becomes a very popular alternative to traditional third party recruitment firms.
2020
  • 2020 brought the launch of Hello Hire's new Talent Survey Solutions practice area, helping clients better understand candidate sentiment, employer brand and talent market reputation. 
  • Hello Hire officially changes their name to 'Hello Hire Talent Solutions' to reflect the broadened scope of the company.
